The problem is we (the UK) are supposed to be a multi-cultural country but it is a sham, it is only (as far as I can see) the Afro-Carribean community that really made the effort to integrate itself into Britain while also teaching us about their heritage and culture.
For the most part certain Muslims come here and they seperate themselves from the community, and form their own inwards looking community that retains everything from their culture and everything that is alien to the country they are now living (while maintaining a distain for the rules of the land they are now living in) in and makes little or no effort to integrate themselves into their new country.

Its not a sham, but it can be better, you are right, certain communities need to start making an effort.
Multiculturalism, whatever that is, isnt about outsiders adopting your culture but about give and take in equal measure. I am sure you have consumed enough curry and kebabs to know this :P I know I have. But I can tell you there are thousands upon thousands of british people overseas who wont go without their fish and chips.
With regards to these kinds of stories, the Muslim community needs to step and actively do something about this.

Its a two way street in my book. Why in Gods name would you want to try and intergrate yourself into a society that is racist and untrustworthy.
I don't even think it matters, as long as they are nice people, they can keep to themselves all they want.
And to be honest, i think British culture is about as uncouth and loutish as you can get. So its a bit rich having a go at a certain sect of people.
And saying only Afro-Carribeans intergrate themselves is wrong in my book.
The amount of Chinese and Indian takeaways i have had averts this theory.

The UK isnt Racist though...:?

If you actually give a sh*t about women's rights, gay rights, and freedom of religion and of speech, British culture is flat-out superior to Muslim culture.

Its about as racist as any other country in my experience... that wasn't even my point anyway.
What countries are inherently racist?

I didn't even say that.
Why are people taking what i say and twisting it or just flat out ignoring it? :|

Moral high ground indeed.
And yes it is a bit rich for the British to insult other cultures considering how sh!t ours is. But that doesn't translate to ours is worse does it?

I fully agree that British culture is sh*tty. I just happen to think that Muslim culture is even sh*ttier still. (This is why I specifically talked about moral high ground RELATIVE TO Muslim culture)hey.... if your with me, atleast you got yourself a designated driver. go get drunk as much as you want. i'll even roll you over on your stomach for free. promise won't like take advantage of ya or anything. At least the British drink. You just can't trust a man that doesn't drink.

This is a very sad story, but I can't help but notice the minimum parole eligibility date passed in UK keeps increasing these days, now 25 to 30 years really are becoming the norm, probably resulted by introducing private prisons. I mean , just a few days ago, wasn't there someone arrested from not smiling?

Welcome to the UK justice system and you haven't even seen the cops yet...
You know what I miss? Gladiatorial combat.
Nothing beats watching a criminal attempting to fend off a lion with a stick.
Maybe it's all just a huge coincidence that it happens over and over again in the same religion, and not any other.TopTierHustlerIslam is still immature. It's a younger religion, with time more and more of it's followers will learn to just ignore the parts of their holy book where God does or says something plainly evil. That's what the Christians do, to them Yahweh is just like that crazy uncle that gets drunk at every family gathering and acts like a crazy ass. They just ignore him and focus on the (very few) good bits of their book. But Islam? A lot of it's followers still take him very seriously. Which is why you hear about **** like this from them.
Yeah, that's the Christian way! BRING IN THE GUILLOTINE![QUOTE="Crushmaster"]

I guess I should be surprised they even got life, though.
