[QUOTE="MrGeezer"][QUOTE="Gaming-Planet"]It's just as bad as skipping a meal because you get no nutrients either way.

Uh...WHAT?
That's seriously about the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard in my entire life.
to a certain extent he is right, youll probably feel equally bad eating fast food as eating nothing at all for hours, but nutrition wise...some fast food can be "decent"Please post a link that any of McDonalds' menu items contains "no nutrients".
He didn't say that you'll "feel bad" after eating McDonalds, he said that their food has "no nutrients".
That's not a claim that's subject to being "right to a certain extent". It's either right or it's wrong. And if it's right, then I want to see some respected source demonstrating that to be the case.
After all, considering that McDonalds earns profits by selling cheap and low-quality beef/bread/chicken/etc, they are still selling beef/bread/chicken/etc. That kind of stuff CONTAINS NUTRIENTS. So...considering that McDonalds keeps their high profits larely by selling nutrient-rich products that are of low quality, HOW IN THE HELL is it a good business decision for them to somehow go through some kind of chemical process to sap all of the nutrients from the beef and bread that they are selling? They'd have to have guys in a high tech laboratory deliberately sapping all of the nutrients from their cheapass beef and bread and chicken, and...for WHAT PURPOSE, exactly? That's surely increase the COSTS of their food items, so why the **** would they do it?
That's even more stupid than the rumor that Kentucky Fried Chicken changed their name to "KFC" because their chickens were so genetically modified that they couldn't legally be advertised as "chicken".
