It's about the nudity!!

I'm talking about the recent ban of God of War in the UAE. It was banned because of the nudity nothing else. Not the gods, not the violence, just the nudity.

I really got upset when many people started bashing my country in the news section (BTW a huge TOS violation) and so I decided to set things straight

Adult Movies that are shown in our country have censored sections, that were probably nude scenes. We here absolutely do not have any problems with violence (well some still do), but any way, If a scene shows kratos diving into the stomach of his enemy and riping it to shreds and then continues to bath in the blood of his enemy, then there is no problem. BUT, introduce one titi, ONLY ONE FREAKING TITI, even by mistake, then that game is banned.

We still don't have a mechanism to censor games like we do in movies, so they get banned.

We here have a different culture than yours, so I would appreciate it if you didn't start insulting my country or its religion. You can disagree, but no insults please.

There are no restrictions in our country on other religions. As a matter of fact, in the UAE it is illegal to bash any religion. Disagree and debate with it, yes. Bash it, no.

Passion of the Christ was shown here, but the Borat movie wasn't. and that is all because of the nudity.
