Yay, I survived this false end of the world date. :P Time to party! Having a snack of cookies and milk sounds good to me. :P It's 11:16 PM as I post this in EST, 44 minutes to go and I'll live to see October 22nd. As for new end of the world dates, I hope 12/21/2012 will be the last one, and after that is a new era of no more panic of world end dates, and there'll be world peace. Sure, may not happen, but I'm hoping for it to happen anyway. :PToph_Girl250

I could really go for some world peace, no more fear of a nuclear holocaust. Obama ended the war in Iraq and Afghanistan is soon to follow, we finished our business with Libya and aside from troops being shipped out to Africa I have a strong feeling that another major war won't rise for a good decade or two, aside from protesting and peoples right movements to tear down tyrants which has really been in the bakery for a while now.

Here's to a brighter tomorrow free of religious prejudice and freedom of speech.

I have a funny story and this is no lie. When I was 12 I was sitting up late one night listening to a little pocket fm radio and a talk show was on. I listened in for a bit and a psychic came on and started talking about predictions in 2029. He said that in the year 2029 in some random month that I think is September that an asteroid (or meteor) will glaze the top of the empire state building and that was about all he said and he just talked a bit more about rubbish I forgot about.
