Lets say, hypothetically, you were gay And hypothetically your gay partner was on his/her deathbed. If you aren't married, then you will NOT be able to be with him/her because you are not married, but just "living together".

There are many other reasons why gay people want to be able to get married as well.
And if you think about it, no one HAS to get married.

Considering science is on its way to producing male gametes from female bone marrow... men won't be needed anymore. Homosexuality occurs in nature... a lot... who cares if no child is produced in a homosexual relationship? If they can be good parents then why not? One thing that it is important to acquaint yourself with is the naturalistic fallacy. That is, just because something occurs in nature (eg heterosexual relationships) does not mean that it is right or wrong. Homosexuality is flawed only if you're thinking about things as purely biological.

What you seem to have are trust issues. . . if someone tells you they are gay and only attracted to their own sex, you think they're lieing. I guess it's hard for you to accept that someone may have a different way of living than you do, but not every male (no matter what their sexuality) is attracted to a naked curvy woman. As a straight female I'm not attracted to every well-toned man I see.

I have a feeling you don't actually know any homosexuals or haven't taken the time to know one. Instead of "studying" them, just have a conversation with them. This thread is just ridiculous. It appears the original poster has studied homosexuality insofar that he hasn't actually spoken with a gay person. If gay people say they aren't attracted to the female form then I believe them. Thats much easier to believe than to believe its a big conspiracy where they all lie at the same time. And as I said in my former post, I think if gay people really are attracted to women then I think most would choose that easy life rather than one where they face so much prejudice and hate. My first post was good enough to end this argument but alas, no one read it.
