Heres the link, sorry but i cant post the story because "parts of it are censored'. WTF gamespot?! Their GDP was off 0.1% from the 1.0% that was expected so their stocks are down. And yes 0.1% GDP does matter, especially when you're talking about such low GDP growth. The GDP in the good ol' US of A is expected to grow in Q3 by 2.5% and Q4 by 2.0%. We are a larger and different economy so our expected GDP growth isnt 200% better than theirs per say. Go and buy something (within reason) to support our economy. Dont be selfish, help our economy. Its why im going to buy a 360 or PS3, to support the USA!

None of them are socialist countries. Elements of socialism for sure, but I wouldn't call them socialist.

I live in Baltimore city, RAT CENTRAL! MAN! This is not good, based on the fact that before when we had 2 pick up daysm the city was already very dirty, and when you live in the inner city part like me with druggies and drug dealers and so it's worse. I'm planning on moving(to the artsy part of town, or out o Baltimore into Towson) I think Towson has a good piece of money left. Also our stupid Mayor, is stupid.

I hope the US stays in a recession for about another 10 years because it may slim down our overweight society and finally put an end to the idea that being fat is ok

I agree. Should i buy that recently discounted box of donuts or that stuff to make a salad that i have to make? Wait.... i got it! Fat people buy a bunch of food and contribute to our GDP. GDP is all of the goods and services we make/have in a given period of time btw.

That's terrible. You had to wait a week to see a doctor, I think the longest I've ever waited to see a doctor (and I've had surgeries and stitches) is MAYBE 1 day. Nothing more. Privatized healthcare is better.

I'm skeptical. It's not over yet...for the U.S. at least. I suppose I'm more of a pessimist a la Paul Krugman.

Yea man, one of my friends broke his back in Sweden and they treated him - he never had to pay a dime, except for when he bought his own food separate from what they served at the hospital. True story. A lot of the anti-single payer horror stories you hear about are B.S. anyway.

It's better in some ways if you can afford it. Well, if you can afford to pay doctors out of your pocket, of course you will get better service. Same goes for anything.

I don't buy this...I want to know how did the banks end the recession...until they say where they made cuts i'm just gonna take this as propaganda to boost consumer confidence.
