Uwe Boll is better, he at least does try to make actual films. I almost feel sorry for him, he just has no talent whatsoever despite his effort, but he's also a bit of an ass, so no sympathy.
The other two are simply money grabbing hacks, they shouldn't be allowed to make movies.
Both directors fail at their respective genres, but Friedberg and Seltzer are two people, so they should MOST DEFINETELY be better than Uwe Boll, who last time I checked was only one.
The first two. I voted for Boll because I thought it was "who do you prefer". That'll teach me. Boll actually makes some attempt and sometimes he can be funny. Jason Friedberh and Aaron Seltzer put absolutely no effort whatsoever in their movies (as shown by how short the production time is) and the jokes are utterly terrible.
JF&AS, In the Name of the King and Postal were actually decent. The other two morons haven't made a single movie I'd call anything more than pathetic. Plus, even Uwe Boll's terrible movies are funny.
