In a way I have a job. I am a composer, a sutdio musician and a rhythm gutiarist for a Prog Metal band. The reason I call it a job is because I get paid for all of those.
I'm a line cook at a restaurant. It's fun, and I'm young, so I learn a lot, but the pay isn't very good at all. I've been there for a while though, and am thinking about going to school for it. To be honest, I haven't decided.
I've been trying to convince my self to get one all summer...and now all of september... It's pretty damn sad that I don't and I know it. I guess I just enjoy my freedom a bit too much lol. Today or tomorrow i'll drop my Resume off at cost-co or the city. Maybe I should just try to find a band...
I never realized how expensive university was going to be, so now I'm really concerned about making money. Don't know how I'll aford 16k+ a year to live in residence or ~9k+ a year to commute and live at home.
To afford university I have to either, get a job several years ago (time travel!), my grandpa dies and leaves us money(hes 90 so, maybe.), OSAP gives me tons of money (not going to happen, my parents make a decent wage but are still in debt, even though they dont care about that), my parents give me some money (will happen, just not enough to cover everything), my grandpa helps pay (maybe?). Chances are I'll be hugely in debt($25,000) to a bank by the time I complete my undergraduate studies.
