It's all scripted to keep people interested, that's all - it's just entertainment.

I knew i had a gutted feeling Cena wasn't going be fired, And the whole Make-another-championship move was lame. Pretty much that match didn't exist Oh well.

It's really not though. They have their options wide open with what they can do. CM Punk is definitely coming back -- it may not be for a few months but he'll be back eventually.

What I'm guessing will happen is that Alberto Del Rio will win the new WWE title by cashing in his MITB after the finals in the tournament. He'll have a run for a little while as the new champ but then Punk comes back and says he's still the real champion. The two have a feud for a while with Punk as a Stone Cold-type face and possibly aligning ADR with Triple H/the corporate side of the company (ADR with his flashy cars and wealthiness would make him a great corporate-type heel). Then Punk and ADR have a match at one of the bigger PPVs to unify the two titles.

In the meantime before Punk comes back they can have Cena feud with Del Rio.

I actually like the current storyline, i didn't see HHH returnig as the CEO and they have created one of the most interesting Faces in CM Punk since maybe Stone Cold.

Good theory, however, i don't think HHH will be heel even as a CEO, in fact, i think he will be in the shows this months and then dissapear again for a while.

Also, i think that Punk could be back next week at the match between Miz and Mysterio, anyway, just a bunch of thoughts i had, but i'm agree, they can go everywhere from now, hopefully, to some nice storylines.

I don't know, I'm slowly gaining more confidence in WWE. This past month has been pretty awesome; week after week I keep thinking "I want to see what happens next Raw" (largely because they let Punk go on his tirades but even now I want to see what Trips does as chairman). Wrestling writers are calling Money in the Bank one of the best PPVs the company has ever done (here too) and I don't disagree; it was amazing. WWE has been on a little bit of a roll recently IMO.

Of course they could very well go back to how they were a few months ago and **** everything up but for now I'm cautiously optimistic.

I really hope WWE doesn't fumble this great storyline away. MITB was the first PPV i watched since WM 24. IF they proceed correctly from here, we could see a new period in WWE thats watchable.

With many of the older talents leavign for good (undertaker, HBK, Edge) they have a chance to push a new generation of wrestlers.

Fingers crossed.

Yes, it's scripted. Everybody over the age of 10 knows this. You're not making some earth-shattering revelation there. And no, it is not "fake". There's a certain amount of choreography involved, to ensure that workers don't seriously hurt each other (though it does happen from time to time). But these guys still put their bodies through a a huge amount of punishment. My nephew, for example, has been wrestling for a couple of years and has already sustained a dozen minor injuries and a couple of broken bones.

Austin had a beer truck. Kurt Angle (parodying Austin's stunt) had the milk van.

Of course it hurts.. Like I said these are acrobatics.. When people say its fake, we are talking about striking or other such things.. They are not meant to hurt the person, but sometimes thats just how it ends up being.

Honestly those that say there is no pain involved should watch "Beyond the Mat" or the series "Tough Enough" while scripted there are tons of major injuries and risks that these performers partake on a daily basis for entertainment

Thats insulting and a slap in the face to these wrestlers man.. even if you dislike it the strikes are not fake many of the bumps are legit...

Are they trying to hurt each other no...most of the time but what they do is scripted not fake there is a BIG DIFFERENCE and if you still feel this way go say this to Mitsuhara Misawas widow and see what she does..

Entertaining storyline is entertaining. It does its job.

On topic, I really didn't expect John Cena to be fired.
