Whoa...this topic is astronomically stupid. Judaism and Islam are impossible to compare...

This topic is overflowing with insane amounts of ignorance. Just to let you know, Judaism acknowledges the "J-Man" as well...

But what about Gundams and Islam?

They would probably fight about how to do the handshake. And the diffrent part like Sunis ans Shies would have a diffrent one.

You cant. It depend on what type of person you are. A person that is very good will go to heaven no matter what religion. A bad person will go to hell no matter the religion.

How even Prophet Muhammad said that in the future people will be going to heven even without doing Namas becasue of their deed. I mean other religions don't do prayer so they could go to heaven. I mean lets say a Athesist gives up his life to save so many more people's lives he will go to heaven. It is not like jsu because he is not muslim he will go to hell. I mean even Muslim people will go to hell becasue of thier deed.

Which one is right?

Thats something that we don't have the answer to.

Me personally? I'm a Christian, so I believe I"m right, but even I'm not 100% sure.

The only one that knows is God.

Who told you that dude? Muhammed (sas) never said anything of the sort.

Since I noticed you used the word "namaz", instead of "salaat" I imagine you are from a South Asian background. I am as well. Straight up... many South Asian families have incorporated a lot of wrong into their faith, which is not a part of Islam at all. I know this from experience, as my parents are also South Asian.

Anyways... Salaat is obligatory on every Muslim, if you believe in Islam. In fact, many scholars would argue, that you are not a Muslim if you do not do salaat regularly.

Don't take this the wrong way or anything. However, your mom is incorrect in those assertions. If the "5 Pillars" of the faith are not part of one's life, they are essentially not a Muslim.

As for non-Muslims, we have absolutely no say as to what their situation will hold on the Day of Resurecction(Qiyama), except that in general, those who heard the clear message of Islam, yet rejected it, that day is likely to be grim.

Check out the chapter on it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sH3gI0sZ16k

It is however good that you pray 5 times a day. I'm only correcting you, because making statements regarding Islam that are not true, is a sin in itself. One must make sure they are basing their theologic statements directly from the Qur'an or Sunnah, and not from a third party, unless they are providing the sources. This in itself, is one of the reason that Islam is distorted to a degree in Southa Asia and other poor Muslims nations -- due to illiteracy, and fake scholars who take up the job because they failed elementry school. From there, it's just a domino effect.

Islam has some STUPID extremists that are ruining the religion. It is NOT FAIR that the world is judging 1.5 billion Muslims because of 1 million IDIOTS that attacked America for no apparent reason. Osama Bin ladin and his stupid followers are ruining our religion of Islam with their hate and attacking of innocent people and suicide attacks that are recognized in the Koran as an EXTREME sin and is an AUTOMATIC sending to hell no matter what. Islam is supposed to be called the Religion of peace but some bad people have destroyed the Name.

Only a minority of Muslims are violent. Islam is just as anti-violence as Judaism and Christianity. If we're going to start judging an entire religion based off countries that practice it then Judaism is just as bad considering the kind of **** Israel pulls and Christians are just as likely to commit a terrorist attack as Muslims (Army of God, Lambs of God, God's Army (no relation to Army of God), White Eagles, in many ways the Ku Klux Klan, and many more to say nothing of past groups and actions such as the Spanish Inquisition and the crusades).

Honestly, both. But I mean, each religion has differences, and both have very similar things with Christanity. The problem is, people don't want to live peacefully, people want to be the "right ones", I think that people need to be more open, and accepting. Otherwise, I'm afraid that a full scale war will break out. If you've noticed, just about every single war, has started because of a difference of ideas. Now can you think of an idea bigger than religion? If war were to break out between Islam and Christianity, it'd be the biggest war ever. It would no longer be a war between countries, because there are Muslims in America and all over Europe, the same way the there are Christians in Syria, Iraq, and all over the Middle East.

Let's get things straight.

1:Islam believes in Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him) and also believes he was not the Human form of god, but he was a prophet.

2:"Jihad" does not mean "Holy War", it means: a struggle in the name of Allah.

And i even though i voted Islam i don't hate other religions - as it is forbidden to ridicule the holy books and people of that religion because we are all sons of Adam, and we should try to respect each other.

Wow, what a stupide question. Both will say they are.

Muslims will argue that the Quran is the ultimate word of God, while the Jews will say the Torah. You can't measure closeness to God (assuming that he even exists that is).

Both are naive and ignorant to proclaim that they are.

The Jews won't deny that the Torah is now a part of the Quran.

And when the does the word of God shows how close you are to him?

I'm a Jew, so of course I'm going to believe what I was taught to be "the truth". A freind of mine is a devote Christian, so of course he's going to believe that what he was taught to be "the truth". And someone who was brought up as a Muslim is going to believe what they were taught to be "the truth". Now... who's "truth" is the "right" one? I can't tell you that. It's impossible for a living human being to know this.

*asks God*

*waits for an answer*

*doesn't get one*

*shakes his head that anyone would even make such a thread, especially given the state of certain parts of the world...*

It's difficult for me to respect the faith of someone who's doctrine is so disrespectful of and opposed to those of other beliefs.

This thread topic is bizarre. Is it asking if Jews believe in Judaism and Muslims believe in Islam? If so - guess what? They do!

Look people... Islam is allah's last religion, why? because all religions hv been corrupted by people over the centuries (god damn the corrupters and re-writers)... now of course we all from deep inside know that bible isn't the same as 2000 yrs ago (this means judaism and christianity). When u come now and look at quran, u'll see that it is the same miracle book 1400 yrs ago... proof: history scientists found large numbers of old aged qurans that 100% match our present qurans! (of course the only difference is that old qurans hv been written by hand). People, christianity and judaism are religions of god but they hv been corrupted, so there's no excuse now about being muslim.... u must become muslims because Islam is the only religion protected by god and will always be... BTW islam is better than all prior religions in all aspects. and ye non-muslims god says will not reward them heavens, because they hvnt followed god's light in life... which is islam (BTW islam is a root of the word Salam in arabic language which means Peace, so ye, of course Islam isn't about killing innocents people as non-islamic media claims)

Tell you what, just check the context of the many verses provided in those links.

Haha, yeah, too true. Many anti-religions like to cherry-pick, this goes for all the 3 religions. Too bad they don't realize 90% of the meaning comes from context. Too bad they will continue to cherry-pick to satisfy their needs and people will blindly follow them.
