The judge also appeared to be skeptical of the purview of the citys Board of Health, which the Bloomberg administration had maintained has broad powers to seek to better the publics health. That interpretation, the judge wrote, would leave its authority to define, create, mandate and enforce limited only by its own imagination, and create an administrative Leviathan.'

It was never an actual 'soda ban' by any stretch, no one's freedom was being infringed. In no way did it restrict anyone from drinking as much soda as they desire.

Is it really more than enough? Now I don't know about you but every time they hand me my drink from a drive thru window, my cup consists of 80% ice. You are not getting a 16 oz of Soda. Your getting about 4 to 6 ounces in a 16 ounce cup.

YES. This "law" was so stupid. I was so angry, f*ck you Michael Bloomberg, you idiot. There are so many problems in your city and you try to ban soda? What a dumbass. This has made me so happy. Faith in Humanity restored!!!!!
