You need your computer to function in many aspects of modern society, just like you need your clothes, toothpaste, gas and lightbulbs.
Your guns however? ... Great argument. ;)

my dad has an Ak47 i now where its hidden and i want to show it off but cant
Volucris
Well unless you get permission from him it is indeed wise to abide by the "hands off" law.:P
You can get AK-47s (semi-auto) for under $400 these days in the states. CenterfireSystems has Bulgarian AK-74s for $370 shipped and AIMsurplus has Romanian AK-47s for about the same price.
It's generally best that if you own guns to not show pictures of them off to people unless you can do it anonymously. Someone can use it to make a list of you collection so they can rob it from you if they find out where you live.
Wow dude. Thanks for bringing up CenterfireSystems. I had never heard of them before and that AK-47 deal sounds pretty good. I might do it when I come into some money.Plus, cocking a pump action shotgun might just make the (potential) robber think twice. Nothing will make you **** bricks like that sound.I have not read every post on this thread, sorry if I am a repeat:
The best weapon for home protection is a shotgun. Why, the pellets spread in a small environment. Pull the trigger on a robber in you living room, and he's dead.
