The smashing pumpkins, Nirvana, Metalica, Soundgarden, B-52's, Mudvayne, Queen of the Stone age....i can go on and on and all those bands disagree with your statement.I saw them 6 years ago at Penn State. They opened up for Deftones. And they sucked at the time. Not sure how they sound now but rarely do sucky bands get better.

Disagree with what statment? Sucky bands don't get better? All of the bands that you mentioned never sucked. In fact their earlier material is better than the newer stuff.

Correction: B-52's always sucked.

Look, dont know about a bands past then i wouldnt be trying to disagree. When all those bands began they were bad, alot of them got there act together by there first and or second albums. Have you ever heard Nirvana before Bleach, even then, that album requires a interest in grunge in order to appreciate. Have you ever heard the smashing pumpkins in the begining stages? Billy Corgan sounded horrible, the wall of sound sounded like a huge mess and thats what there known for....sigh.And B-52's are a great underrated 80's band that did alot for that generation, no reason to say they suck.

Im not talking about there first album dude....Ok, what do you mean then? Because Metallica's earlier material is generally accepted to be better than their more recent output.

If those bands were that bad then why would someone offer them a record deal? Yeah, I'm sure every band sounds 'bad' in their first jam session ever. But to say these bands sucked at one time is a huge overstatement.
Breaking Benjamin is a lame, radio friendly, cookie cutter rock band. Their music is catered to the tweens that watch TRL and have no idea what good music should sound like. I actually consider BB to be a 'pop-band'. Nsync with instruments.
