Solving one is not so hard once you figure out the moves or find out the moves online. pintabear49blue

That can be said with just about anything. It's taking the time to learn it, practice, and become fast that's the more amazing part.

I could do the same. It doesn't matter who messes it up. There's no such thing as a cube that is 'to mixed up to solve'

yep.

Was that sarcastic?

Not at all. I have some rubiks cubes and what you said is true. They are not any harder based on how much it is mixed.

[QUOTE="Aradae2357"]

any cube can be solved in 15 moves (I think, I read it in the little pamhplet that came in mine)

Now the methods we use take considerable more moves but it doesn't deviate much from the average.

Yoshi25

Are you saying the average speed cuber solves their cubes in about 15 moves?

not at all. 15 moves is how many moves a computer can do it in.

With the methods we use I think we take about 50 moves.

lol, I can assure you it was not. If you knew anything about solving cubes you would know that I solved it with Fridrich's F2L, OLL, and then a PLL. It just looked finished because 3 edges had to be swapped.

Am I the only one that finds that guy to be a bit of a loser. Why spend a lot of time trying to solve those things in the least amount of possible? I guess if you're into that kind of thing. Sure it looks cool seeing him solve it that quick, but he must have put a lot of time into memorizing the pattern.

i just laugh at the fact that if it was written smart white kid instead of Asian everyone would call him a racist. lol... and solving a rubic cube is not that hard, I'll get one soon but lots of my friends do it in 1-2 minutes and it didn't take them that much time to learn.

I don't understand your logic on the smart white/asian kid comment.

It's just a rule of thumb not to mention your race with anything positive if you're white. But if you're pro at something and asian, you might as well put: incredible asian genius gets 1000000 score at x game. Even if, like in this case, the guy posting the video himself is asian. It's like if i made an unreal tournament video i put: ''uber sick white guy cleans the pub servers''

that would not be accepted.

Well, I'm the guy solving the cube in the video and I could care less what the damn title says. If you posted a video saying uber sick white guy......I could care less, unless the video sucked. If it was cool, then its cool regardless of a racial video title or racial comments in the video. People that are offended by racial jokes need to rethink themselves.

You don't have to be intelligent to do this. I made the Rubik's Cube club in my school and teach average students how to solve the Rubik's Cube. I solve it around 35 seconds.
