I didn't write this, this is a news article. But I found it really interesting and I'll write an edition of my opinion as soon as some of you guys write yours. I'd like to know what you think about this.
An interesting story has surfaced regarding the latest All Time Low promo photo for their new album So Wrong, It's Right which comes out next Tuesday, September 25th on Hopeless Records. A girl by the name of "Rea" who goes to school in ATL's home state of Maryland at Magnolia Middle School in Harford County was suspended from school for three days for having a photo of the band in their underwear hanging outside her locker.
Here's what Rea had to say about the situation: "I'm annoyed and bothered by the fact my principal called the picture 'porn.' I've seen way worse Chris Brown pictures." Rea began serving her three day suspension on Monday.
All Time Low are hoping to shock people with their first week sales figures in a couple weeks; their debut album So Wrong, It's Right is out this Tuesday, September 25th. Fresh out of high school, they've sold over 60,000 copies of their debut EP Put Up Or Shut Up, 42% digitally. It's been completely organic as they've been developing a rabid fanbase online and on the road. They were on Warped Tour all summer (selling between 2-3,000 EPs a week) and the crowds continued to grow bigger and bigger at every show. They just got back from the UK with The Plain White T's and finished a quick US run with The Starting Line. October/November brings a huge two month US tour with Boys Like Girls which is going to be completely out of control.
