OK, you know those soups that you just add hot water? Wouldn't eating the powder have the same nutritional value as the eating a soup made from said powder?

Except the water... a lot of those soups have a lot of sodium and would dehydrate you possibly.

I don't think so. The water probably helps to release the nutrients, as well as the heat.

Yeah, I mean, or before, or whatever, but if you were going to do that, why not just eat them normally?

I think the water helps with the nutrients some how...but I'm not to sure. :P

Did you eat the powder?

I was running really late yesterday, and I hadn't eaten much, so I thought it might be a faster alternative so wouldn't be late and go on a "full" stomach. But it never got pasted the planning stage ;)

Yeah, I mean, or before, or whatever, but if you were going to do that, why not just eat them normally?

The time it takes for water to heat, plus the cooldown until it's drinkable.

Well, like previously stated, I'd suggest drinking a bottle of water or something along with that meal.

Unless you're talking about those Cambell's soups where you have to add water to the already moist soup, you'd probably choke on dehydrated noodles.
