I actually learned to use chopsticks in Japan when I lived there as a kid. I still use them, but I have a problem with my finger as it isn't long enough now and it cramps up badly. I can even pick up a single grain of rice with them.

I learned to use chopsticks and a a fork about the same time. Some things are easier with chopsticks and somethings are easier with a fork.
Is it weird that I use to drum in a band but struggle with chopsticks?... what does that say about my drumming skills?! :cry:
we have evolved past the need to eat with a pair sticks. No offence to anybody who really likes the culture who does still use chopsticks.
tbh, I've seen chopsticks in use but never actually tried them myself. I'll have to go with half and half on this one.
I know how to use them, but that doesn't mean i'm good at it. There levels of skill to using chopsticks. Fortunately i plan to never use them at any point in my life because they serve no purpose to me.

I'm pretty sure evolution has nothing to do with one's choice of eating utensils. Besides, your avatar has a guy with a giant chopstick. :P
