[QUOTE="zakkro"]Watched Barry Lyndon. Didn't know what to expect, but I enjoyed it. Lebbin
That's actually my history teacher's favorite movie. He is a movie buff, and since I've heard of it apart from him mentioning it I didn't bother to give it a chance. but now that you mention it, I might give it a watch.
Yeah, definitely give Barry Lyndon a watch. It's a great film. For me, the last film I saw that I liked was Drag Me to Hell.
Gran Turino, I just watched it last night for the first time. cryptosopoidium
Yeah I just saw it a couple weeks ago. Great movie
I saw Gran Tarino and Yes Man last week and I liked it.
Clint Eastwood is awesome and I always end up liking a Jim Carry moive.
great films, especially SyrianaSyriana, and Good Night, And Good Luck. Both were excellent films.

I watched Hot Fuzz today and will start shawn of the dead later :P Solid_Tango
Man, that's like the perfect day right there.
I watched Mean Streets last night and right before that I watched Wild Boys on the Road (1932) which was pretty good except for a slight cop out right at the very end.
I watched Let the Right One In last night. It's the right way to do a vampire movie. If only those involved in Twilight knew.
I believe the last film I watched was... Artificial Intelligence: AI.
I saw this film one other time when I was younger, so I figured I'd rewatch it to remember and better understand what the entire film was about.
It was a good film. Not amazing, but it had some quality elements to the film. I still think it's one of the creepiest sci-fi films every, though...
The Tripper. It's a horror movie where a murderer dressed up as Ronald Reagan goes around killing druggy hippies and uttering Reagan catch phrases. It also has Jason Mewes (Jay and Silent Bob) and Pee-Wee Herman in it. Plus, it's got lots of social commentary (mostly against conservatives and Libertarians). Overall, great film.
i finally saw bring me the head of alfredo garcia. it was definately one of peckinpah's best (if not his best), and thats saying a lot.
in theaters, i saw drag me to hell. while not on the same level of alfredo garcia, it was very funny. plus it had more scares than the vast majority of horror movies released nowadays and it used old ladies, snot rags, pots, and shadows
