Cod fillet, potato wedges, steamed broccoli, and a glass of milk. Delicious.
Do you always have potato wedges, steamed broccoli and milk?
No, just happened to have them the past two nights. However I do typically have a glass of milk at supper.
If not milk what else?

Water, juice, pop, or wine.
Chicken curry and rice. I wasn't even that hungry, but my girlfriend was making some so it felt a shame to waste a free meal (I say free. We paid for the stuff).
I'm going to have supper in a couple more hours.
Having french fries with BBQ sauce and chicken nuggets.
I'm having a bowl of cereal right now.
Corn Flakes?
Chocolate digestive biscuits with a cup of tea, yum. British classic that.
Chocolate digestive biscuits?
A bacon avocado burger from Denny's in Sherwood Park, AB. Was delish.
Did you burn those calories after that?
Peanut Butter Granola bar, a Whey protein shake, and an apple
You're such a hipster
Workout fuel. Gotta get the protein and slow-release carbs in my system before leg day. Probably throw down some creatine here in a few minutes.
Popcorn
Butter, Cheese or Caramel?
You asking everyone questions =P
Its your turn now sir, what last thing you ate ? :)
Oh my bad. I had mini bagel sandwiches.

I'm no fitness/workout expert, but are you trying to lose weight or gain muscle?

More the latter than the former. That was a mid-morning snack.
I usually eat eggs and toast in the morning, the above mid-morning snack about an hour and a half before the gym, another protein shake right after the gym, a big turkey sandwhich another hour or two afterwards, then dinner. If I'm good, I'll have a casein protein shake before bed.
4 big macs, 3 junior chickens and a large fry.
wow
And surprisingly I'm not a fat guy weighing in at a slight overweight 200lbs perfect weight for me is about 190lb.. Late night munchies, at it's worst though.

Coffee ice cream
Instead of my usual cup of coffee, I had iced coffee this morning and it was spectacular. Maybe I need to learn how to make my own to avoid buying the admittedly overpriced stuff.
I've never tried iced coffee myself but that sounds like a great idea. I've tried iced tea and it was OK but nothing spectacular and I think it's because tea isn't as viscous as coffee is.

I tried to make iced tea at home on different occasions and the result was always unsatisfactory; it always lacked in flavor. Besides buying iced tea canned, the only way it'll have enough flavor is if you buy flavored teabags and make iced tea out of them. I tried it many times and the result was great.
Iced coffee is less troublesome to make since it's not lacking in flavor at all. I imagine adding some double cream will make it even more smooth, and some whipped cream on top will make it a full-fledged dessert.
