Chicken and Rice.
Well?
Curry with Tofu, a dozen different vegetables and quinnoa.
Tommorow I will probably use chickpeas and beans for a delicious salad.
Tofu? LOL can't say I want to try that.
Wendy's spicy chicken sammich. I was out and about taking care of errands and didn't want to have to cook when I got home.
Ordered some won ton soup. Nice simple broth with some soft little dumplings floating around. Good rainy weather food!

So good! The tofu just soaks up all the curry flavor. If I had to introduce someone to tofu, it'd probably be in the form of a curry.
I get it though, tofu isn't everyone's cup of tea and it doesn't taste very good on its own.

Yeah, its like Paneer. It tastes good with curry only, and to be taken with naan or bread of your choice. On its own its got no flavour lol
Just had some frito lay scoops and something my wife made called boat dip I believe she called it. Not too bad. It was left over from our super bowl food.
Chicken, rice, and squash/zucchini mix. It's a very simple meal, but my family really likes it. It's cheap and simple, so why not?
Salmon and smash potatoes. Very delicious😋
How was the salmon cooked? Grilled, sauteed, fried, roasted?
OT: Just had two boiled eggs.

My wife cooked that delicious Salmon grilled as I prefer the flavor of grilling foods if possible.
That's a good idea, I'll also boil me some eggs later tonight.
Made myself for supper wheat-flour pancakes with grated apples, because I wanted something sweeter to eat, and haven't eaten that particular dish in quite a while (maybe a year). Pretty simple, all you need to do is grate some apple(s), add sugar (I added two table-spoons), add a couple of table-spoons of flour (I used wheat-flour, but could be whatever flour), add some egg, start mixing everything and add some milk so the consistency would not be "hard" (ideally, you want the batter to drop freely from your spoon). Then, heat-up your frying-pan, add some oil, and then start adding the batter in with your spoon (I made 15 servings with this).
