LastFM Band Logo's: pretty cool stuff

So a friend showed me this generator, basically you enter in your LastFM username and choose what options you want, then it comes up with any random artists in your played library.

Check this page, there is a list of logo's.

Give it a few seconds to load, when you generate, mine took about 5 seconds then the picture came up. :)

Haven't used last.fm in a long time, but here are my most listened bands a year ago or so:

Today it would probably have more progressive rock since I started listening to that a lot about half a year ago.

Yeah, I listened to Megadeth a lot before I got into death metal and other thrash metal so they just stuck to my most listened list, but I still think they're great, especially Killing is my Business and Peace Sells.

I listened to a track on youtube; bizarre stuff. I kind of like it apart from the singing vocals, I think they're kind of irritating, I don't know what it is. Good stuff though, I have to give the entire album a listen sometime.

Yes it's very good but I actually haven't listened to their new one yet, I have been meaning to for a while now, might give it a listen tonight. Can't say how their debut compares to it though. It's surprisingly elegant and radiant, I enjoyed it.

What's your favorite CD man? What do you think about Gaia III?

It's a complete letdown for me, specially Atlantia. You would think that they would close a 9 year trilogy with a big bang, but i was really dissapointed with the song. I mean, La Cantata del Diablo was 21 minutes long and full of orchestra and awesomesauce. Atlantia got some of it in the intro but that's it ._.

If I had a last.fm account I'd probably only have two band logos there. :P

I still haven't forgotten the name (it has a certain ring to it :P), but I've just been really busy.

Besides, I took an involuntary break from metal the past few months as far as new music goes; I've been getting into Caifanes a lot lately (best rock band in the history of the world, ever), and I also came across an electronic artist called She that I'm emjoying quite a bit. My girlfriend also lent me an album of Claude Bolling's greatest hits (jazz + cIassical = amazing) and an album by a Brazilian band called Azymuth, so, as you can see, I've been really busy music-wise, as well. :P

I will check them out eventually, but honestly I think Demilich will be the next metal band I get into simply because you can find their stuff online for free. :P
