I hope they win, then games wont have DRM... its not like the companies would pay 5 cents extra to produce each game with a DRM. They just want money!

The whole concept of patents has gotten a bit absurd if you can claim a patent for something as broad as "a system, device and/or method for reducing software piracy". I'm surprised no one has yet patented "a method for doing things" and then attempted to sue everyone on Earth.

Actually, for that matter, I find the concept of patents as a whole to be a bit absurd, but the levels this particular instance reaches are just goofy.
