They are alright. Dunno if it's illegal or not, but I've gone out with others hunting them when they were snooping around our campsite.

I actually know of a place to get emu pie, as well as buffalo pie, crocodile pie and kangaroo pie.

Well I guess they would work better than guard dogs in some scenarioes but theyre a lot harder to train. You know so they don't attack when you go to feed them.

Luckily I live far away from emus. In good ol' Ohio where guard dogs will just have to suffice. Although emu jerky does sound rather good. Better than venison? (My local cheat meat)
