Ive dealt with bacon a lot in my life but one time that really sticks out was when I was in a dark alley with a buddy poking smot and then the cops rolled by once, saw us, did a 180 came back and through the alley, did the whole "what r u guys doing"

found the "mary jane" caught us red handed and we lied to them so they had grounds to search us and the guy who searched me strapped on gloves and went in my pants and cupped me, he looked everywhere but what really creeped me out is that before he did the search he turned me around with a pissed off look and tone of voice and said "if you have anything on you you'd better tell me now because if I get pricked with anything like a needle you have no idea what i'll do to you... do you understand?!"

But yeah he was obviously implying he was gonna beat my ass with his knight stick, and for those who don't know , cops easily get away with beating people (mostly teenagers atleast from my experience) they just take you somewhere secluded and one guy will hold a phonebook to your body while the other beats you silly with his nightstick, this does as much damage without leaving the bruises on.

Me and my friend blew a 4 way stop on our pedal bikes a couple years ago. It was late and I'm pretty sure we were the only people out that night (I live in a tiny town). Some cop chased us in his car and yelled at us.

A cop pulled me over for going 8 miles over the speed limit. After he gave me my ticket I said "**** you". He said, "I don't appreciate you talking to me like that, sir. You have a good day now."

One time my friend and I were running down the street horsing around, when my friend tripped and landed his leg on a spiky piece of wire ( I think it was from a old telephone pole). The spike went through his leg and punctured his artery (unlucky, right?). A cop happened to be driving right by us and the cop radioed an EMT who was on the scene in under 5 minutes. That cop saved my friends life. Theres my story involving "Bacon"....People who hate cops are moronic to say the least.

I was arrested once for a knife incident at my school, and another one when me and my bud didn't pay for the metro ticket. That was during the beginning of highschool.

My roommate in college hates cops... his mom was hit by a drunk driver (she survived), this driver turned out to be an off duty policeman... well this off duty policeman goes and sits on the curb after the accident and drinks a beer while they wait for the cops to show up. After the cops show up they say that they charge him for drunk driving because there is no way to tell if he was drunk before he sat down on the curb and drank the beer or afterwards...

"Bacon"? People like you piss me off. My father is a cop and he's extremely professional, does everything he can to help others who need it. He's sacrificed a lot to help people, and yes even ungrateful people like you. Cops get away with beating people for no reason all the time? How about citing some stats that back up your claim.

Well I'm glad your father is a good cop, but the truth is, there are a lot of awful, corrupt cops who get away with illegal things.

Doctors? Nurses? PA's? Firefighters? EMT's? Lawyers? There are plenty of professions that are in charge of the safety of others, all of which have people who are "worse" than others. Putting a generalized value judgement on an entire profession is ridiculous.

I was at a stop light, the next thing I know someone rear ends me. We get out, and I see it was a police car, the cop gets out of his car and says, "uh sorry". There was no damage on my truck because he hit my trailer hitch, but there was a big dent in the front of his, so i didn't get insurance involved. The cop drove off never to be seen again.

Alot of complaints about cops, what exactly do you want? We can't get rid of them, but as it is,given what little power they have, some go corrupt. Meh,I'd take a corrupt cop over no cops anyday.

i was hanging out with my freinds drinking "liquid courage" and then we decided to go walk around the streets. while we were walking my friend got this idea to get into cars and look for anything good to take. so we were walkin round searchin some cars when all we hear is " Stop!" and some other stuff i dont remember. so i was about to run but there was a cop in front of my direction so i just stopped. i was held overnight at the police station until they finally released me. in the end i ended up getting charged with a couple counts of burglary ( they didnt breathalize so that was good) an criminal damage. and i ended up getting 90 hours community service 3 months on house arrest and on top of all that i had a month in juvenile detention.

all in all not very fun. now i am extremely carefull lol

Gross generalizations again. Your intelligence is astounding. Can't we just realize that just because someone goes into a chosen profession that does not make them a terrible person? Christ people, some understanding goes a long way. Have you ever thought about what's going through the cop's mind on the other end of your predicament? Like how to make sure they go home at night without being stuck with a needle? Or shot? Some understanding goes a long way.

At school, I ran away from a cop around the school about three times and after noticing I lost him I went back to where I was standing with my friends and BOOM he was right there.

As my friends say, "Only idiots return to the scene of crime."

you can't assess my intelligence from such a brief sample.

a simple truth is not a generalization.

it's not the choice of profession that makes someone a fascist pig. It's what they do that earns them that title.

cops are the worst kind of liars. they wear a badge that says "to serve and protect". what you aren't supposed to realize is that, while the motto is really true, it is not you they are charged to serve and to protect. it is the state they serve, and your rulers they protect ... from you!

Lets see...

well one time a bunch of friends and I ate mushrooms and got told to leave a park. The cop looked like a demon I was scared s***less.

Another time me and some friends were tagging an elementry school and got cops called on us by a neighbor. We got bored and left and as we were leaving the parking lot some cops came up (it was a british **** and harassed us and tried to get us to admit we were tagging but we denied it all and got away. I was paranoid because my buddy kicked a spraycan under the driver seat just as the car pulled up. Thought it might roll out or something.

Another time me and some friends were drunk and high playing hide and seek and climbing around a construction site. I was on top of a 30 foot stack of industrial sized fans and saw a cop car pull up. I yell COPS!!! and jump down and book it. I never ran that fast in my life. Me and a friend hid underneath a large bushy tree and the cops left.

I take all responsibility for my illegal activities and would do the time if caught. But I wasn't.

One time a cop actually helped me though. I was at Muchas Gracias (mexican food joint around here) with a gal and some black guys were harassing us. We gave em money and they kept coming back for more including the girl's number. So we left. When we got outside, they asked us for a ride. I said no as one asked for a lighter which my friend gave them. At that point 3 parked cop cars accross the street lit up and came up to us. On the loudspeaker we all were told to turn around and put our hands behind our heads. I heard the cocking of guns. The three black guys were pulled away and cuffed and the cops walked up to me and the girl pointing a glock at her and an M4 at me. They asked our business and we said we didn't know them. Aparantly one was packing a stolen pistol and was about to steal my car. There was a report that they were at Muchas so I was saved by cops for once. w00t

The only personal experience I've had with a cop was good. I'd driven down to the airport which is like two hours away to pick up my sister from the airport. She was coming home from college for the christmas break so I was pretty excited to see her. On the way back we stopped at a burger king to grab some food and as we pulled out of the drive thru my sister wanted to park so that we could grab our food and eat in peace. So we stopped and turned off the headlights. I ate a hamburger then started up the car again and decided to leave since there was this creepy guy hanging around. Unfortunetly I forgot to turn the headlights back on since we where in the middle of the city. Two blocks down the street this cop pulls up behind me and turns on his lights and puts the siren on really quick like. I freaked out so bad since this was my first time getting pulled over. In the process of pulling over I ran over a curb trying to turn a corner. Luckily though the cop was pretty cool and just told us to drive safe. It was actually pretty funny, he sees the burger king bag on my sister's lap and he says "man that smells good" We had grabbed like six cheesburger's and there was no way we'd finish them so I offered him one. He just said nah I get off soon so I'll go buy some then. It wasn't until afterwards that I thought he probably wasn't allowed to accep it since it might be considered a bribe.

I have two that I remember fondly....

- I was going around a bend upcountry right after I got my liscense at 15 (out in the wilderness, this was in Hawaii) with cones in the middle on the double yellow lines leading around a blind corner (not very smart), and I decided to do a little car bowling. I hit the cones down one at a time, thrilled at my bravado and cleverness, not to mention the fact (or so I thought) that I would be able to get away with it. That was until I rounded the corner and saw an officer staring blankly at me coming at him. I stopped, and he slowly approached, then told me harshly to back up. As I did so, he pulled out 5 cones from under my front bumper, each one perfectly stacked on top of the other. Amazingly he let me go with no penalty whatsoever, and as I started off I could see he was cracking up.

- A few years later, I was on a freeway down near the beach at Kihei, and there was about 4-5 friends in the back of my truck. I saw a DUI checkpoint about a quarter of a mile ahead, and did an immediate U-turn over the double yellow lines and sped off, which quickly prompted about 10 cop cars to quickly chase me down and literally forced me off the road by boxing me in. The cop who came up to the window said, "That was a nice little turn you did there", to which I thanked him. He gave me a breathalyzer test which I passed. He let me go with an unsafe lane change violation. I still don't know why I made that U turn as I was neither drunk nor high.

There's a few more, but they involve drugs and I don't want to get modded. Let's just say I got out of those too.

I've had my license ran for "suspicious activity" around some mailboxes, stopped while walking down the street because my friend was carrying an 8 foot stick(idk why), and got a ticket for "C & I". I was doing donuts in a parking lot, WHICH IS PRIVATE PROPERTY, and he gave me a ticket for something outside his jurisdiction. Lucky for me, my neighbor, also a cop, got me out of the ticket. WOOHOO! I'm fine with cops, I just don't like that one because he's pulled my friends over about 15 times for stupid reasons and never given them a ticket but I got one the first time I was pulled over for no reason.

I dont hate cops at all. People always complain about stupid stuff. "I hate how they run through red lights" well guess what if you could do it most likely you would do it also. But its w.e.

Just remembered one. I was waiting for the July 4th fireworks in New York City when i was about 10 with my parents and I started to overheat so I got to sit in the back of a cop car in the AC with everyone else in the heat.:D

One time some cops stopped me and my friends at like midnight after we left a party. One cop said he wanted to search my friends bag because he got a call about stolen steroes (BS!) and 2 more cop cars showed up. Well he searched and found some goodies so that guy got arrested then my other friend got taken downtown for breaking curfew, luckily, I had just turned 18.

Anyways, one of the cops who just showed up was talking to me and hes like "I'm going to search you, is there anything I should know about?" and I said "Yeah I have a pipe" and I gave it to him. I think he was suprised by my honesty and then he just frisked me, not even searched (which was a good thing lol) He knew I'd came from the party and asked if I had been drinking tonight and I said no just smoking.

The craziest part is how he gave me my piece back and I was free to walk!! In my city, people at least have to bust their pieces in front of a cop or the cop keeps them (if it's just paraphernalia the cop usually doesn't want to go through all the paper work and time of arresting someone)
