Yes, I do believe in life after death! If one is in Christ they will get this,
1Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. 2I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. 3And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. 4He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."
5He who was seated on the throne said, "I am making everything new!" Then he said, "Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true."
6He said to me: "It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To him who is thirsty I will give to drink without cost from the spring of the water of life. 7He who overcomes will inherit all this, and I will be his God and he will be my son.
If one is without Christ then they get this,
11Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. Earth and sky fled from his presence, and there was no place for them. 12And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. 13The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what he had done. 14Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. 15If anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.
God is real and will be vindicated one day. We will all meet our Maker one day. These passages were in Revelation 20-21.

There's a time to proselytize, and there's a time not to proselytize. This is the latter.
I think Christ would disagree!
maheo30
Well you're not Christ and his will would be beyond your comprehension so it's not like you can really speak for him. Speak for yourself instead.

Then let him speak up! Isn't he a Gamespot member?
I think that was the point! He will one day speak for Himself. By then it will be too late though. See Jude 14-15,
14Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these men: "See, the Lord is coming with thousands upon thousands of his holy ones 15to judge everyone, and to convict all the ungodly of all the ungodly acts they have done in the ungodly way, and of all the harsh words ungodly sinners have spoken against him." 16These men are grumblers and faultfinders; they follow their own evil desires; they boast about themselves and flatter others for their own advantage.
He is truly a God of love (1 John). To those without Christ He is Holy, righteous, and just. (Psalm 97:2) He must judge righteously. Perfection is the standard. (Matthew 5-7). A standard none can reach except thru Christ.
Also, this is about life after death. If one doesn't like what I say they can ignore me. Christ calls us to preach the gospel. It is not my job to open mens eyes. That is His job.

No, actually, I think Jesus said that the process of conversion belonged to the Holy Spirit.:|
How shall they hear without a preacher? People aren't converted without the word. He calls us to preach whether it is popular or not. This was a topic about life after death. I thought the biblical view ought to be seen. I understand it was rather blunt, but in such a time as this that is required.

You could have just stated your beliefs without the passages. Those weren't needed.
its on of the simple laws of newton that proves some sort of exsistance after life weither its concience or not
energy cannot be created nor destroyed

What the hell is enersia? Or are you saying Inertia?
Edit: ^^^ Disregard that.
Also, what the hell would the ability to perceive your reality by virtue of consciousness have anything to do with a form of energy?
Keith Mayes says that belief in life after death can be explained by our own egotistical nature. He sais that we are all our brain. When the brain stops functioning we die. The rest of our body serves no other purpose than to keep the brain alive and to reproduce. I agree with him

Personally i like to believe there is no life after death because then i wouldn't have to regret about the things i couldn't achieve in this life and i wouldn't regret the things i did.

You're doing your faith no favours. These days if you want to convert people to christianity you going to have to be a lot more subtle than that. Especially on these forums.Your "energy" does not get destroyed. It gets converted into other things by the magic of decomposition.its on of the simple laws of newton that proves some sort of exsistance after life weither its concience or not
