If you actually watched the video I posted, KRS addresses that and says that Nelly and him are good friends now and that it was a big misunderstanding...

I saw that...but if you are gonna go ahead and make a full song just about a person you can't say it was just a misunderstanding..maybe if he was talking to a reporter or something and he said that Nelly is bad for hip hop or something then that could be said to be a misunderstanding.

I only understand these 2 bars. In the 80s America was going through a phase of massive crack use, This ties in with Wayne who's trying to say that he has loads of diamonds or 'rocks' in his watch face.
