Surgeons are well within there rights to turn down operations if they want to. If they feel they can't do it, or won't do it becuase its too risky, then its perfectly within there right.

As for me, the things that make my day is whenever I see a car pulled over by the police. It makes me giddy and happy inside really, to see those buggers get pulled over, especially if they are speeding.
