It's called objectdock. Similar to the dock in Linux, but I use it for Desktop icons so I can access them from most programs (not full screen games) with a single click instead of clicking "Show Desktop". Just Google search for ObjectDock if you really want it. And yes, Microsoft did get Pwned in browsing, but their OS is where they shine.

Get iFox if you really want that look. I prefer the Vista Aero Glass (in any color I like :) )

I tried that out. It's fast, but not by much. Also, it updates slower than safari and doesn't support as much as firefox or IE. I've used Safari on Windows and on macs, it's not that great. You can turn firefox into an entire IE7 or Safari 3 CLONE with themes and extensions, except it'll be faster and support more stuff and update faster.
