Ford has the most high performance engine this muscle car gen so if you want power go with them.
I personally would do with an SRT8 charger, but a plum purple which they don't make with the new challenger lights.
I forgot to mention in my original posting that I have a personal budget or under 30K!! Which is why I probably wont go for the Camaro SS, Charger SRT8 or Boss 302 Mustang!! I have a hard time justifying $40-50K for a car!!! Im not rich!!!ShoTTyMcNaDeSYou an buy an SRT8 like 2008ish for 30k, Camaro SSs' are around 26-28k 2010ish.

If you want fun get a Lotus Exige.
But out of the ones you picked I'd go for the Camaro. The rest are fugly.
These are BAMFs, I've seen the coupes here in Miami they look ugly in the back, but man do they haul ass. Vette powered.Caddilac CTS-V

It really is xD most people think that just because it has a muscle car bodystyle and a V8, that its a high performance machine, which is furthest from the truth in most cases of todays muscle cars. I really want a good sports wagon honestly. combine practicality of the wagon to the suspension and raw horsepower of a high performance car, and that is a good mix for me :)[QUOTE="taterfrickintot"][QUOTE="Fightingfan"] These are BAMFs, I've seen the coupes here in Miami they look ugly in the back, but man do they haul ass. How much are those cars? I just looked up the specs, and all it is, is a supercharged DOHC Toyota. If you want fun get a Lotus Exige.

[QUOTE="Big_Bad_Sad"]How much are those cars? I just looked up the specs, and all it is, is a supercharged DOHC Toyota. They don't need spectacular power/torque outputs because the Elise and Exige weigh practically nothing. They're stripped down and spartan... especially the Elise. But for the money, they're the best handling (and some of the quickest) cars you can buy.If you want fun get a Lotus Exige.

As for the TC, get the Mustang GT. The Charger and Challenger are both bloated, slow, and handle like boats. The Camaro SS is better than the Dodges, but the GT nearly blows them all of the water in terms of performance and handling. Probably two of the major things you're looking for if you want a "fun car" like you said.
Edit: This is only if we're talking about 2011 or newer cars. Before that, the GT was more comparable to a pile of sh*t.
My advice is to go test drive them all and see which one you like the most. I'd go with the Mustang GT but I'm biased because my family owns one and I plan to eventually get a Mustang myself. I like the Camaro also but the dash is ugly and the car tends to be slightly more expensive and is more on fuel. The mustang has a way nicer interior, and in my opinion a much nicer exterior also.
Avoid dodge for cars.

[QUOTE="Fightingfan"]BMW typically lack power. and tend to have a lot more then most american "muscle" cars.Funny because the 2012 Dodge Challenger SXT has a stock 305 HP 24v V6!! Meanwhile the Mustang V6 has a measly 200 HP. Granted, I'd love to get the HEMI V8 in the Charger or Challenger, or the Mustang GT 5.0, but at my price point that may not be possible unless I find a tremendous deal on a used model. 305 HP in a V6 is pretty nasty imo!![QUOTE="thegerg"]Buy an M3.taterfrickintot

lol. BMW m3 stock has 414 horsepower, and can actually go around a corner!

But the 2011 mustang is like 300lbs lighter which makes up the difference.[QUOTE="ShoTTyMcNaDeS"][QUOTE="taterfrickintot"] and tend to have a lot more then most american "muscle" cars.Dark__Link

If the power of the engine was all that mattered, we'd all be driving rusty, crusty, dusty old 1967 Mustang Mach 1's. The point is that a V6 Charger, Challenger or Mustang still has plenty of get up and go and they look great too!![QUOTE="ShoTTyMcNaDeS"][QUOTE="taterfrickintot"] and tend to have a lot more then most american "muscle" cars.Dark__Link

[QUOTE="Kurushio"] @Hadoken, i like how you show a modified mustang and challenger and then a normal SS. There is a huge aftermarket for the Camaro, while not as big as mustang obviously, is very good. hadokeni looked for the suckiest looking picture i could find...mwahahahaha....AHHHHHHHHHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!
And it still looks pretty good to me lol.

That link compares 2011 Camaro, Mustang, Challenger and the 2012 Charger. Also you can think about the warranty. Mustang only has a 60K powertrain while the Camaro has 100k. Seems like chevy has more confidence in thier engine and transmission than ford does (for good reason lol).

My 1.8Liter gets 210 Horses (b18c5) and what's a 4.4 BMW V8 get? I'm sure it's not of that caliber compared to my B18(2001 engine).
@Gerg You take my words to literally my friend, I was speaking in my vernacular.

The Germans and American cars just can't compete with the Japanese when it comes to optimization.I believe it has to do with having a smaller stroke which makes it easier to reach higher RPMs faster.
