You can re-sharpen a razor blade if you shave aluminium foil. You can sharpen scissors by cutting aluminium foil too.

You have to actually know how to use one of those things or you can get seriously hurt. Different parts of the face need different techniques, or so I've heard. Plus the sharpening is pretty in-depth.
