I've lost 15 pounds in 1 week before. I don't know how, and it sure as heck wasn't healthy, but 15 in 5 weeks is definitely possible.
eat an ounce of raw tuna. you'll feel like crap from the food poisoning for a week or so, but you'll lose a good 25 pounds and you'll be all better afterward. whether this is worth it or not is up to you. heavily salt it if you can't stand the tast.
Have you ever noticed how herion addicts always got such a tight slim figure that's just to die for.

this kid in my school said that during his first wrestling practice he lost 11 pounds and thats only a couple hours so 15 in 5 weeks sounds definetly do-able.

I didn't even read that before, but that is hilarious. What did they do to your friend in those few hours? Liposuction? lol
You'd be surprised. I was on my school's wrestling team for a month and a half. They would make us run 70 flights of 3 story stairs with sweatshirts on and close the doors so it would heat up in the stairwell. And that would be the warmup. Then we'd go back into the wrestling room, where the temperature is kept at 90 degrees, and we'd do drills in our sweatshirts. I'd lose about 5 pounds in water alone per practice (of course I'd gain it back the next day, but it's still a lot). Then they'd make us drink tons of water the day before our hydration test so we'd pass and be able to participate. It's ridiculous. I broke my rib and little toe during a match a little bit later...I left the team and never went back. I also just found out that wrestling is the one sport my cardiologist doesn't want me doing because of my heart condition, so it's safe to say I will never, ever go near that team again.[QUOTE="bigblunt537"][QUOTE="Sword-Demon"] please be joking....Rockclmbr6

I'll admit, of all the sports I've played competitively, wrestling and boxing by far have the harshest training sessions. Then again, they also have the best results :)please be joking....[QUOTE="Sword-Demon"][QUOTE="FPSunionOWNS"]

Well... if you severed some limbs....1. Replace soda or juice with water 2. Exercise 3. Smaller portions when you eatNonstop-Madness
this guy has the right idea
Don't aim for length. Run at a good pace to get your heart-rate up first. You just wanna keep your heart pumping and your muscles moving for min of 20 minutes each day. If you want to lose 15lbs in 5 weeks you gotta run and work out 5 times a week.Yeah I'm aiming for 2 miles per day

Diet is one very important factor, but if people just walked to their destination instead of driving, they would not have to take time out of their lives to actively focus on specifically burning calories. If burning calories as part of a longer trip from A to B were the norm, it would not be considered as time taken from your life for the specific purpose of exercise. Ditch the caffeine, stop viewing life as competition, and enjoy the slow traverse from A to B. Take in the scenery, burn calories, and stop being a peon of The Rat Race. Stop trying to live life in Fast-Forward.
Stop thinking that a Ford Mustang will get you laid and get you from A to B faster. It will eventually just leave you stranded by the side of the road, as all Fords do. Ever heard of the tale of the Tortoise and the Hare?
