I dont have a weight loss problem, everyone in my family has un unusually fast metabolism. I can lose 5kg's in a week if I want.

Losing weight should, ideally, involve exercise is opposed to dietingBourbons3
Over the last month i lost 10 pounds...hehe im not advertising, but i just did it by like...not eating. What r ppl complaing about? Actually, my family's complaining that im Skinny now, so i have to gain weight now... and it wasnt that hard. I never thought of myself as having a high metabolism either.Rabid_Moogle
He's right, I used to be chubbers. I just ate less. Result. People don't have any willpower! Quitting smoking is easy too, people are just pushovers.
losing weight can be hard for ppl who have slow metabolism2ndWonderIm a firm believer that your metabolism is what you make it to a degree, the more active you are the more necessary it is your body burns energy and so it speeds up, its just a case of getting of your ass and not over eating. When im at work i can have 4 meals a day with 2 or 3 of them being full large meals, when im not working i can happily live of a couple of sandwiches a day without ever feeling hungry. Self contol is all you need.

Im afraid losing weight IS hard, it requires hard exercise.TaegukkiYep,when you lose weight by not eating you basically just use water weight, which you gain back pretty fast once you start eating normal again, it's also not very good for your metabolism. The best way to lose weight is to eat 3 healthy meals a day, work out for atleast a half hour every other day and try to be active when not working out. You shouldn't lose more than 5 lbs or so a week because you're not supposed to lose more weight faster than you can put it on, it throws the body off

sorry buddy i'm not lazy when i'm not here post on gs, i'm usually at a gym or sleeping, as a matter of fact i played basketball yesterday for 9 hours before taking a break, i played so much, it hurts to walk. I play basketball daily about 3-4 hours a day. and i only eat once or twice a day, if you read my post on the first few pages

Who said anything about you being lazy, sorry if you got that impression, i was generalising. I know plenty of people who complain about being fat, then they dont excercise and order a family meal for one at KFC, and the thing that makes me really laugh is that they then order diet coke. These are the people i speak of.dont stop eating just eat less and exercise moreyamum2Exactly. Eat healthy stuff, and exercise lots. The End.
