Someone once told me that it is actually better for you to not eat large meals at all, but just to take loads of small snacks throughout the day. 3 meals a day was just made up for social reasons, etc I have no idea if it's true, but I hope it is, because it describes my own lifestyle!

Although, of course, the key to losing weight is largely to do with exercise. And balance. You can eat a lot, as long as it's all things that are good for you.

Um......If you don't eat then there's nothing to burn except your reserved fat and eventually muscle once that runs out....It's not that losing weight isn't hard; it's changing eating habits that is. Your appetite is determined by how wide a gap a part of your stomach creates for food to get through....there's some medicine for decreasing that if all else fails.

you should eat 5 small meals a day. People think that not eating will keep them skinny.... its not true. For example i just woke up and iom not even really hungry but im eating some pit and an apple to keep my metabolism going.
