I don't have a problem with gays unless they try and tell me that they are Christian. You can't be both.
So if you are gay you can't believe in God?:?
I don't think that is what he mean't.[QUOTE="savinger"][QUOTE="PC_X360"]Do you agree or not? No I am not gay but I dont like when people hate on gays

I worded that poorly. It has been updated.
This thread is getting better and better by the post.:) I wana help! I don't care what they do with themselves. But I don't think they should be able to adopt kids.VacantPsalm
They can do what ever they want, except vote. They say that they didnt "choose" to be gay and that it is a chemical / hormonal imbalance. Can we trust hormonally challenged individuals with such important decisions?
EDIT: Read between the lines people. This wasn't meant to be taken seriously.

Well, I am not a Christian, so I don't know what your lifestyle is like. So, I won't comment.

Now this I can comment on. Is not like they are crazy or stupid, even if it is a chemical imbalance in some. Levels of testosterone and estrogen don't have anything to do with your sanity.
Well it does. We are all pre-programmed to love the opposite sex in order to procreate and ensure the survival of the species. Love for the same gender is essentially swimming upstream, or going against your programming. That, or you have a defect in that particular line of code :P though there is no evidence that homosexuality is in any way the result of genetics, just purely choice.TolwanWrong.

Do some research, with the power of google.Homosexuality is just as natural as anything else man has ever done and will ever do. It's as natural as love, as natural as our hands, legs, and skeletal system.. it's just nature.
Having said that, I have no problem with what they're doing.DeeJayInphinity
Absolutely Ridiculous. "Natural?" If we are talking nature here, I would point you in the direction of a biology book. Reproduction seems pretty natural to me.

Wait.. the point of their sexual endeavors is to reproduce? That's not unnatural, that's stupidity. And no, that's not their goal.. their goal is generally to have fun or to express their love towards each other. It's not to reproduce, I think they understand that they can't accomplish that with each other.[QUOTE="savinger"][QUOTE="C-Himura"][QUOTE="savinger"][QUOTE="PC_X360"]Do you agree or not? I don't claim to be perfect, so of course I sin. But I recognize my sins for sins and work to improve.
The comment about voting was more joking. Of course they should and can vote.

This pretty much debunks the 'omg unnatural' theorywtf? lol. I don't think they should be able to adopt because I think kids should have a parent of each gender. (note should and not need. I know there's exception.) But not vote? Girls have those monthlys going for them. Should we make them do a test to be sure that's not going down with them before letting them in the voting booth? I'll agree with love has no gender. But christ, gay people can be annoying.GodLovesDeadYou can find anyone annoying, nothing to do with sexuality.

Why would anyone act or want to be religious?
Why would anyone act or want to be an atheist?
Why would anyone want to be an astronaut?
Why would anyone want to read and act like they are interested in this thread?

I hope that was a bad joke.Chemical and hormonal imbalance is bad in multiple ways. Furthermore, Homosexuality should be a *choice*. It should not be something forced on someone. It's like saying we shouldnt cure imbalances that make people overly nervous, because there's nothing wrong with being nervous.

Many animals are homosexual... (including, some that are close to humans...)This too can be the result of hormonal imbalance. Everyone knows though that all animals, humans included, are genetically programmed to be attracted and drawn to the opposite sex. It is a necessary genetic componant for survival.

We are for the most part programmed to be attracted to the opposite sex, but not everyone. As seen by that study.

Homosexuality choice or genetics, isn't bad so why should we attempt to 'cure' it as you say? Please Log In to post.
