sorry to hear that, my friend is a huge fan of them to. he's the one who inspired me to start listening to their music and i have no regrets, i wish i would have started sooner

I will absolutely take that bet. The only way I see your kids listening to it is the way that most kids listen to their parents music: "ZOMG WTF were they thinking?????"
Seeing as I've found every LP song terrible...I dont feel the need to waste money an album that most LP fans say is worse than what they've done before, if they can actually become worse....
I will definitely buy it (super fan edition). I already heard it and I liked it so much (even more than their previous albums).

I still think that Meteora was their best work. Nothing can top that. I am willing to give it a shot though. Hopefully I can get it over the summer.

HT was a good album, but if they keep doing that and only that, it goes against the old addage, Never too much of a good thing. It'd start to get boring after a while. Much like Dragonforce; solo, 60% lyrics, solo, 25% lyrics, solo, verse, more solo, rest of the lyrics, solo. That is all their songs.Â
no. i heard it and then reviewed it in my blog. i gave it an F, and it's probably the worst album i've ever heard. linkin park was the band that me into music, so i have a tremendous amount of respect for them. unfortunately, the new album is torture to listen to. it sounds nothing like the old LP, and they tried to copy generic mainstream emo bands with horrid results. here's my full review, if anyone wants to read it:
