Jesus, finally. A modern WWII air combat film...hasn't been one of those since friggen' Pearl Harbor a decade ago. I've been waiting for one of these. Also, the ME-262 is finally making it's big-screen debut, after years of being confined to video games.

Meh kinda hard to root for them in my opinion seeing as the bombers were going to bomb civilian targets...

Those are American B-17s I see, not British Lancasters, so it's very likely that they're not going for civilian targets...especially when one considers the amount of fighters that are being sent up against them. And the timeframe of the film. And the fact it's a daylight operation.
