What OS do you use/like better? Definitely Windows for me.

Windows for me.
Macs are good for people who edit videos/music a lot or more oftenly the crowd that has trouble sending an e-mail without any help.
Windows is all-around the most useful.
Linux is great for many tasks, and is better than Windows for a handful of specialized tasks.
OS X doesn't even compare to Linux, much less Windows..but hey, it's pretty.
Windows. I've never tried or seen Linux so I can't comment on that. My school got Macs for all of the teachers and for students for certain classes, and I strongly dislike the Mac OS, as do most of the teachers. I do like how it has the icons in the bar at the bottom.
Off topic but I've seen people here with the icon bar on windows. Any links or anything to a tutorial for Vista on how to get it?
download objectdock (google it, its free) install it, place it where you want it (sides, top, or bottom) drag the icons of the programs you want to the bar... enjoy LOL D; i know this sucked, but its quite simple to use docks you can also try rocketdock... some people prefer that one, i dont know whyWindows. I have only used Windows, but why is a Mac bad? Plus, what is Linux? I mean I know it's an OS, but what's so special?Logan1616Linux is fully customizable, smooth, and FREE. Its also a pain in the arse to get little things to work but once you do, the outcome is great. Basically the way I see it is, its a do it yourself OS.
i like linux the best but use windows the most. to be honest i never really understood the appeal to osx, as its just a slightly gimped unix with tons of gloss and sparkles smeared on it. it has its niche purposes, but everyone at my school is like "OMG OSX IZZZZZ VIRUS FREE ITS BETTER"

Basically that's the thing for me though to not switch, I wouldn't know how to install, etc.
Windows
Mac OS is just...funky. And it takes a lot longer to do stuff; its tedious to work with Mac OS.
Also, no games. At least relative to windows.
Windows does everything you can do on a Mac, plus more, so Windows. And to people who buy Macs because they "don't get viruses"? Seriously? Get with the times, it's incredibly easy these days to avoid getting viruses, and when you do get them it's probably even easier to remove them.
Windows, but where's the "both" and "linux" options :(? I like them all for different things, but if I had to choose one, Windows.

Because it's Mac vs Windows only, the TC never mention about Linux
Windows by far. It just has far better software support. Most of the software I use everyday for both work and play is Windows only
