Apparently he had a heart attack while driving.
RIP Macho Man...:(

I know TMZ is pretty good..but has it been confirmed on any other sites yet?...i've just been burned in the past by celebrity deaths....Omni-SlashHard to believe TMZ because of the sort of material they often deal with, yet they have been the first with a lot of other big celebrity deaths. Twitters feeds have been going crazy over this news and it seems to be true, if so RIP. People can say what they want about the realism of the stories in wrestling (and they definitely will) in the end the guys are entertainers and he certainly was one entertaining dude.

that is too bad. Was never into wrestling, but I remember seeing him at a match when I was little with my friend. He was awesome, and the wrestling world have lost a good man
*I am happy his wife survived, but I feel bad for her too
I had no idea who Randy Savage was until I read this.I'll slam into a Slim Jim in his honor. Ooooh Yeah!

Yeah it's been confirmed....it's pretty sad....i grew up watching him and hogan...ultimate warrior....man..that just blows...Omni-Slash:x Anyways..R...I......P.
this is very sad news hope Vince pulls his head out of hiss ass and puts him in his rightful place in the Hall of Fame :( .
Damn, that's too bad. I grew out of my wrestling phase as a kid very quickly, but Macho Man was one of my favorites. He had such an over the top and entertaining personality. RIP.
He was my favorite wrestler as a kid.
Even when he was a bad guy, I wanted him to win.
I wanted him to beat the Ultimate Warrior in that classic match they had, where they each kicked out of a post-finishing move pin.
Even during the Ricky Steamboat days I wanted Savage to win.
He was the man!
same for me quite sad No doubt all the steroid talk will come up (seeing as it was a heart attack)rawsavonwithout a doubt it will....just hope it doesn;t overshadow what he did for the industry....
I will always remember that match against Ted Dibiasi in Wrestlemania, it might not mean a lot for many, but for me, that is what wrestling is all about, this sort of soap opera, with happy endings and big feuds and a culmination in the greatest stage of wrestling, by today standards it wasn't a great match technically speaking, but it has that magic feeling of classic wrestling.
RIP Macho Man :(
I remember doing snapmares and diving elbow drops on my brothers as a kid. Randy Savage is probably solely responsible for at least a few E.R visits and more than a few *** beatings for breaking stuff while playing in the house.
RIP.
[QUOTE="angeldeb82"]R.I.P., Randy Savage. My condolences to Miss Elizabeth and to his family. :(Kcube
SHe died from a drug over dose :(
Luger killed her either on purpose or by gross negligence.

I always thought that as well.He had a damn drug factory in the basement and fed her hydrocodone.
I hope that SOB NEVER is given a chance to wrestle again.
[QUOTE="rawsavon"] No doubt all the steroid talk will come up (seeing as it was a heart attack)spazzx625Inevitable. Still, it's not totally unheard of that a 58 year old has a heart attack.
Considering I have heard of people in their 20's dropping dead of heart failure even when in incredible shape, I wouldn't necessarily say steroids is a must here.
He could have just had a bad hand genetics wise, or he also could have abused other drugs in his past besides steroids.
I grew up on 80's-90's pro wrestling, and Randy was a great entertainer. I'll always remember him being crowned WWF (now WWE) champion at Wrestlemania IV in 1987, and of course, who could ever forge Ms. Elizabeth, herself now resting in peace as well. Thanks for the wonderful years of wrestling entertainment during my youth, Macho Man! Rest in Peace. :)
first andre the giant now this. bone saw wont be making an appearance in the next spider man movie :(
Put him in the Hall of Fame Already!
He's one of the best at cutting a promo - those, manic, nonsensical, yet completely appropriate ones.
