I'm trying to picture this in my mind (I know... ), but I just can't. I guess I could picture some kinky sex thing happening (though the spread of athelete's foot must be terrible in such cases), but I don't know or understand the kind of struggle that could result in someone successfully shoving his foot into someone else's nether regions in a fight like this.
Even when completely drunk off of your ass, I don't see how this can happen.
