Man does the right thing and lets girlfriend be hit by ball

Of course everyone expects the guy to catch the ball, everyone thinks it's the mans duty to protect women for some reason. If that ball was coming towards the man and the girlfriend moved you think anyone would be talking about this?? Of course not, women are considered weak, they should be in a protective device thing so men don't have to spend all their time trying to protect their girlfriends.

Women think they are superior to men and you really think a women would ever catch a ball if it was going to hit her boyfriend?? I agree with you when it comes to 95%+ of women out there. I've known a few that would take a bullet for their man, but just a few.

I know theres not many women out there who would take a bullet for any man. I always wonder why people think I should be protective of women when even if the women is strong she still wouldn't be protective, I'm glad I can choose not to be like all the other men who are pretty much slaves to women.

the ball barely even touched her since she was able to make a joke out of it, and catching a baseball without a glove isn't a real easy task. you can easily misjudge the angle and velocity when it's coming down from on high and it will end up slipping throuugh your fingers and smahing your face. I probably would have side stepped it too.

If I was the guy being interviewed I would have been like; "dam you are interviewing me over this? your life didn't exactly plan out huh" ;) haha

I don't blame him. I probably would've done the same thing if a foul ball was coming in my direction. Unless I had a glove to catch it with. But if I didn't have a glove, I don't wanna be hit in the face or have my hand be in pain for a week trying to catch it. Everyone's initial reaction would be to jump out of the way. It looks like that guys girlfriend understands that because she was laughing. They looked like they were having a good time. It says "Worst date ever," but I think that was their best date ever. They were even on TV.
