The judge sounds like an ass though. Seriously just "get a job?" It's not that easy especially in this economy.

The dude looks old. Nobody is handing employment these days, specially for someone his age (even if he's well qualified).

The system can be fairly lenient to women especially in cases such as these. Hell it's been proven many times. For example, if a man hits a woman, it's the man's fault and if a woman hits a man, it's still the man's fault.

Equal rights for women unless it benefits women in which case equal rights are suspended.

Can't link on phone. Also there are numerous stories such as the OP where women do have an advantage in the judicial system. It's not sexist or gender-blaming, it's just how it is just how it's also somewhat racist. Sometimes you'll see the exact opposite where it's fair or the woman gets the short end of the stick and that's not fair either.

And yes I realize that women still get the short end of the stick especially in politics and in pay so yeah there's that.

One theory is the current prison industrial complex caters towards men, and due to lack of funding/wanting to fund there's no plans to implement an equally large prison industrial complex for women.

I think alimony should only be allowed when the spouse didn't work. Otherwise it's complete BS if you ask me.

It depends really, women should have some rights especially those that have given up 10-20 years in the home raising their children.

There's an easy fix for you, TC: stay away from women. Then you won't have woman problems. I think all women everywhere will be better off because of it.

While women usually do that, you should just say spouse. A man could but his career on hold to raise a kid.
