Man Takes 2 year old Child From Shopping Cart

Man fatally shot after snatching girl from Walmart cart. You can see the mother in the video pleading for her child which the man alledgedly started a count down to the end of the innocent toddler's life.

like i said i just saw a video not to long ago ( 30 minutes ago to be exact) of a cop shooting a dog for barking at the officer for punching its master

so i jumped to a conclusion and i was wrong
