Wow. Just Wow.
A U.K. court heard Thursday that a gravedigger tricked girls into having sex with him by claiming he was a warlock who could grant them special powers.

[QUOTE="MushroomWig"]Is it really rape if they agreed to it?Nibroc420They're underage, so it's not consensual even if they agree :? Should he get charged with false advertising as well? i still blame the dumb girls. especially the ones that were 15 or 14 that fell for this. the 10 or 11 year olds and younger ok its rape hes a pedophile lock him up but the older ones....lock them up for being morons seriously who at 15 thought santa was real? who? hell alot of 11 year olds think santa is real....seriously while what this guy did was wrong i cant entirely avoid placing blame on dumb people that fell for this. almost like if in my 20s believed a guy that sold me magic beans to make me fly. then got mad when i couldnt fly and sued the guy...really whos to blame here me or the guy selling the beans?
[QUOTE="MushroomWig"]Is it really rape if they agreed to it?Nibroc420They're underage, so it's not consensual even if they agree :? Consensual means 'involving or based on mutual consent', being underage has nothing to do with consensual agreement. The guy was just unlucky that they happened to be slightly underage, any older than 16 and nothing would of happened.

Actually you have to be of age to have it be a consensual agreement. The point is that the girls are too young to make said decisions, even if they do say yes, it isn't consensual in that sense, hence the term statutory rape.

That makes me laugh, being 15 and you're unable to make the decision to have sex with someone but suddenly at 16 you're completely able. Laws make me facepalm sometimes.[QUOTE="StrifeDelivery"][QUOTE="MushroomWig"] Consensual means 'involving or based on mutual consent', being underage has nothing to do with consensual agreement. Anyways, he did sort of trick them.If someone promised you magic powers but didn't give them after you paid, would that be fraud?"Lambert faces four charges of rape and three of sexual assault in connection with the alleged rape and sexual assault of four girls between the ages of 11 and 15 in the 1980s."

11 to 15. I'm sorry but unless the child is mentally impaired, they should know by 15 that there aren't warlocks.
