yeah either that or its just decriminalized which means you get it taken away but are not charged, but in spain it is legal I remember they were allowing it in the world cup right?
Its legal there huh? I heard a story a while ago about Vegas passing a law that would make it legal to have 1 ounce of pot with you....Not sure if its gonna be passed
Go to the wikipedia page of marijuana and go down to the legality maps. You will notice that Spain is colored in blue which, according to the key, marijuana is legal there.
I think that it's also legal in my country... I live in the Netherlands.. enormousaxie
It's legal for us... but you can't have large quantities with you and stuff. In practice, no cop is gonna give a damn if you smoke it on the street (though they might tell you to go smoke it someplace else if ur in front of a church or something :D)
To the guy who asked where it could be bought: they have special shops where you can get it. They're called coffeeshops, and you're only allowed to enter when ur 18+
