The law that was passed is called Directive 51. Which pretty much says anything like a terroist attack or a emeregcny in washington can stop elections and martial law declared.

It's funny how people who don't keep up with current events are quick to call the whistleblowers "tinfoil hats". Do some research. There are plenty of reports documenting the military's drills in the midwest, and the Fema camps are also well-documented. Google Utah Raids or check myspace for tons of reports that list their sources, including arial photographs of some of these Fema camps.

Then read the articles of the Patriot's Act.

Um, not really. Pistols can be concealed. And besides, there are places in this country where civilians can buy 50 caliber sniper rifles and anti-tank missiles.

I wouldn't be suprised. There are already steps in place that means he can do whatever the hell pleases. Laws passed in secret. The goverment has already taken 10 odd steps to becoming a facist state.
