Marvel person or DC person

Gota go with Marvel. As far as the roster, The Avengers, X-Men, Fantastic Four and Spider-Man are all pretty awesome and very numerous, but the Justice league and maybe the Teen Titans are the only interesting groups in DC, and within them only Batman and Superman are really all that amazing. Along with that, Spider-Man is my absolute favorite hero with Batman as second, so it is a tough choice.

Another part of me wants to give it to DC just because of Watchmen and all its glorious glory, but Marvel holds my interest more.

The only superhero I like is Spiderman so Marvel, I guess

Me myself, I like Marvel more. I like how Marvel adds more comedy to there things. although Batman is my 2nd Favorite superhero. I do love DC also, just always been more of a marvel guy. Spider-man is my Favorite

Watchmen, Batman, and Superman. Vs Gambit, Blade, Wolverine, Deadpool, Colossus, and Ironman. hmm, decisions decisions...

I grew up with DC watching Batman and Superman tv shows (the animated kind) and my favorite hero has always been Batman, so DC. However, I'm starting to appreciate Marvel's maturity when it comes to its heros and villains, and I think most of the movies are much better than the DC movies with the exception of the recent Batman films. Although I consider myself a DC person, Marvel has some pretty awesome heroes like the X-Men, Spiderman, Captain America, and the Hulk and I can't wait to see the Avengers.

I don't really limit myself by choosing a side.

Marvel all the way.

The only thing DC has going for it is the Batman franchise. Marvel on the other hand has soo many great superheroes, the absolutely AMAZING X-Men universe, and a crapton of GREAT movies (unlike DC which once again just has Batman) including the new Avengers movies which even manages to give The Dark Knight a run for it's money.

Batman is my favourite "super" hero, just because he fights by the norm to never kill his opponents. So I would say DC.

Marvel > DC

Batman > all superheroes imo

I am not the one hating on MvC3, therefore I am not the one who is wrong. ;)

I'm a dc person probably because i base most of my liking off the tv shows. I really dont have much exposure to marvel besides the spiderman animated series (the old but not so old one :P, from the mid to late 90's i think).

however, i have watched most of the dc animated shows and the movies. I also have only read dc comic books :D so i definately have an unfair bias here

btw, i dont read that many comics but i did read kingdom come and the art style and story was amazing, however, there are so many comics i dont even know which ones to read...

that's what i hate about both marvel and dc. THey have such a long, rich history, even if they retcon like 5000 times, i still dont know where to start :P

Marvel. I grew up on Marvel comics, and I like their Universe much more since it's basically set in ours. DC has Gotham City. Seriously, where the hell is Gotham City supposed to be? th3warr1or

The DC universe is set in our world too, just a bunch of the DC superheroes' home cities are fictional. Gotham City is supposed to be in New York and Metropolis is supposed to be in Delaware.

DC just rebooted themselves a few months ago. So if you wanted to read Batman just pick up Batman #1, #8 just came out a week or 2 ago so you don't have to go too far back. Although DC did keep a lot of prior continuity of Batman it was mostly due to the fact that they wanted to keep Nightwing around (the guy who used to be Robin when he was younger) and to keep Batman's son as the current Robin.

But you don't even really need to know that if you were going to just buy Batman because Robin really only shows up in Batman and Robin.

Batman is and will probably always be my favorite superhero. I guess I don't really give a crap about DC or Marvel but I guess if I had to pick one it would be DC simply because of Batman.

The Marvel universe has some great aspects and heroes to it, but I just feel that Batman is the best out of all the options.

Marvel. I like more of the characters from the universe compared to DC, but I do love Batman.

Batman has DC, so Batman.
