Yes I have seen supersize me and all it did was made me want mcdonalds.
I'm not too worried about my body because I lead a very active lifestyle and end up burning a lot of the things I eat. I have a fast metabolism as well.
Seriously, if I dont eat the why I do - I drop to about 94 lbs.
If you see me in real life - yeah Im petite but I'm not skinny. I'm very tone and I have muscles (I can guarantee I'm prob more healthy than some of you here!) As far as cholesterol - I get a chem count every year and I have normal cholesterol. The first time, my doctor was surprised at the results, given the way I ate, and he was like "there is no reason for you not to be 200 lbs right now."
I dont know... I enjoy eating but I balance it out with activities - I wont feel about it.

Well I dont know about outdoors type but I walk twice a day with my dog and do a lot of walking in general, I play basketball (I was in my basketball team in HS, in my sorority team in college, and play ball for fun today), I take dance classes (hiphop/urban and belly dancing), I did gymnastics, ballet, and cheerleading, when my mom or sister drags me to the gym I work out there, I hulahoop or jumprope sometimes when I watch TV, and I also lift weights and swim.
And just incase you didnt know, I am at my ideal weight - since I am only 5'2". :O
