The problem is, a lot of those states aren't really "strong for Obama" in reality. Democrats are extremely nervous about Pennsylvania and even Minnesota. A late surge for McCain is now almost inevitable, and the Democrats need the large turnout of new voters that the polls are predicting. However, so far the early voting isn't promising for them.

"A Los Angeles Times/Bloomberg poll gave McCain a 49-45 lead over Democrat Barack Obama among Floridians who have already voted."

This, however, paints a different picture:

Democrats are dominating early voting in six key states

Those claims were completely unsourced. I expect no less from the Red Star Tribune.

I believe we can not rely on polls to tell us who wins or loses, we just have to wait and see.

Again, those claims are unsourced and seem to be based on unscientific conjecture. You'll notice that my link showing McCain leading Obama in early voting in Florida was backed up by a LA Times poll of early voters. There's nothing to substantiate any of the claims found in those links.

You're falling for the media spin, son.

Then how about this poll by Pew in Reuters?

the issue with mccain is he dosent discuss a bailout for the economy and thats what people want. the economy is the number 1 thing on peoples minds when the iraq war is in second place. obama gave an insigh on both situations and mccain hasent. palin is a lost bimbo who is trying to run her own campaighn for herself to be president. john mccain did that to himself by electing her as a running mate
