The problem is, a lot of those states aren't really "strong for Obama" in reality. Democrats are extremely nervous about Pennsylvania and even Minnesota. A late surge for McCain is now almost inevitable, and the Democrats need the large turnout of new voters that the polls are predicting. However, so far the early voting isn't promising for them.

to be honest, where i live in pa i dont really see many obama supporters. i see a lot of mccain people, young and old.

Again, those claims are unsourced and seem to be based on unscientific conjecture. You'll notice that my link showing McCain leading Obama in early voting in Florida was backed up by a LA Times poll of early voters. There's nothing to substantiate any of the claims found in those links.
