You would think America, with all it's resources, and technological capability, would elect better and better people. It would be like the slam dunk contest. You would have your mind blown by how awesome each candidates, and you would assume no better could ever be found. Then bam! Next election, even better people!

Nope. Our political choices at this point, when they speak I hear the bottoms of barrels being scraped. Sooner or later, splinters are going to be nominated for president....

The problem is that the most important job for the President is to represent America. That means they have to be a very good speaker and debater. It might sound weird, but we arent really looking for the smartest dude in Washington, or the strongest, richest, well liked, etc. We are looking for the person that best represents us to the world.

Their whole job is speaking, speaking, speaking, photo, photo, speaking, speaking, shake hands, visit Putang Putin to slap him in the face, then back to speaking, speaking, wave to cameras, now more speaking, more speaking.

Which ever candidate speaks the best, wins. Its why we have them fight each other with speeches so much. Obama is an excellent speaker and a great debater. But his wing man though, Joe Biden, this man is the real debater. He takes heads off people. He destroyed Palin and that Ryan dude. So bad, no one will even talk about it. When Biden gives speeches, people cry cause he has such emotion in them. Problem with Biden though...he dont make that good of a President cause hes too emotional.

Hillary is an excellent speaker. Shes strong in her speeches and she dont let emotions get to her, like Obama. She also picked a very nice helper. And guess what he excels at? Emotional speeches and debating. His job is to rip heads off.

Its not easy finding people good at the job. Its why its a very long process and requires a bunch of money to gain public appeal.

She's not Trump. The sole reason Clinton should be President, she's better than Trump.

:-P

The Republican party has brought Trump on themselves. The GOP could have easily taken the 2016 election if they had followed through on the reforms (immigration) the leadership was pushing through following the Romney debacle. But no, they allowed the Tea Party to form and take over.

The number two option for GOP primary voters was Ted Cruz - the most disliked member of the Senate...and really just a grade-A douche bag. Or maybe Ben Carson!? Or Carly Fiorina!? How about no!

Yeah, it's pretty sad that after 8 years of Obama, the Republican Party and its constituency somehow managed to find a candidate who doesn't compete with Hillary.

I'm voting for Gary Johnson. All I know is, it doesn't matter who wins in 2016. They will have a highly contested term and we are bound to have a legitimate candidate in 2020. I honestly don't care if it is a Democrat or a Republican or a purple lizard person from Planet Nibiru. 2016 is a joke. The two party system has failed catastrophically.

@Shewgenja: I dont care for his supporting of legalizing marijuana. He cant legalize it, so its pointless for him to say it. He would have to break International Treaties and the Control Substance Act. Its why weve been having such problems getting it legalized. We legalize 5 States, they push us back to 3. We legalize 15 States, they push us back to 5.

I support Clintons goal of dropping it from a schedule I drug to a schedule II drug. Why you may ask? Cause going this route will make it legal to use in ALL States for medical uses and not violate any treaties or acts. Then after we have all States legalized with that route, the next step comes much, much easier.

So any candidate that states they want to legalize marijuana for everyone, is blowing smoke. If Gary Johnson really wanted to legalize marijuana for the United States, then why didnt he do it for New Mexico when he had the shot?

This year The Republican Party had a mixer of Candidates that were all on the same levels with Hillary when it comes to polices, and foreign policy. They had a chance with Rand Paul on foreign policy.

-The Republican Party and Hillary this year.

-More blood for the blood god.

-Iran bad Saudis good.

-Russia, Putin Evil.

This two party system is a joke. No one wants a war unless you prefer a nuclear holocaust.

I totally would have voted for Rand Paul. I beat my parents over the head with the fact I was visiting them during one of the debates and they told me that Rand was just "too crazy" and left field to ever stand a chance.. And now they feel stuck having to support a certifiable narcissist with a golden raccoon sleeping on his head.

Maybe the Mainstream News Media outlets are worried without Chaos that their ratings are going to collapse lol. Who knew that our news media hates stability and peace? dont forget Rand Paul had the first intel about Libyan arms being shipped to Syrian Jihadists.

Just look at how our news media fell on bended knee for Dubya and his "slam dunk" evidence to go into Iraq? Our media acts as little more than the 4th branch of the government and a mouthpiece to the oligarchy.
